Todd has helped my wife and I with 5 real estate sales or purchases in DC and Maryland in the last 10 years (all purchases or sales of our primary residence). We achieved fantastic results in all instances and I couldn't say better things about the way Todd performed. When we sold, he knew of cost-effective improvements we could easily make, and did make, that greatly increased the sale value of our houses. Plus, when we've purchased in hyper-competitive markets (2002, 2005), we were able to use Todd's expertise to our advantage and our comfort when waiving formal home inspections was commonplace and sometimes necessary to have a shot at obtaining attractive properties. We had confidence that we were OK because Todd had given the places a once-over and we knew they were solid.
